These include:

- Practitioner Certification
- Advanced Practitioner Certification
- Healing Certification
- Soul's Path Certification
- Soul's Purposes Certification

Certification Participants who have not completed all five certifications by the start of Core Training will not be eligible to participate in Core Training until the prerequisite requirements have been satisfied.

Teacher Training tuition does not include the cost of the five prerequisite certification courses, which must be completed separately.Participants may select from the payment options available at the time of registration.

All Teacher Training 2027 payment plans must be completed by May 31, 2027. A payment plan represents a commitment to the full program tuition and is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. If the program becomes nonrefundable under the cancellation policy below, any remaining scheduled installments will continue to be due. Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.

14. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may request a refund of tuition paid within 30 calendar days of registration, provided their first individual mentoring session has not yet begun.

Refund eligibility ends at whichever occurs first:

  • The expiration of 30 calendar days following registration; or
  • The beginning of the participant's first individual mentoring session.

Once either of these conditions has occurred, tuition becomes nonrefundable under the Academy's standard cancellation policy.

No prorated refunds will be issued for missed sessions, elective sessions, mentoring sessions, Core Training days, assignments, or other program components. Unused program components have no cash value and may not be transferred to another person.

Enrollment may not automatically be transferred to a future Teacher Training cohort.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

In extraordinary circumstances, the Academy may consider an exception to its standard cancellation and refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception is at the sole discretion of the Academy, and approval is not guaranteed.

If an exceptional refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated from tuition payments received and reduced by:

  • A $250 administrative fee, credit card processing fees, and $275 for each completed one-hour individual mentoring session already received by the participant.

These deductions will not exceed the amount otherwise refundable. Unused mentoring sessions will not be deducted.

Any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law will take precedence over this policy.

15. Program Curriculum and Requirements

Teacher Training consists of three primary components: required Pre-Core preparation, required Core Training, and optional electives.

In addition to the Teacher Training curriculum outlined below, participants must complete all five prerequisite certification courses before the first Core Training weekend.

**Required Pre-Core Preparation **

All components designated as Pre-Core are required for Teacher Training completion and eligibility for certification.

These include:

  • Completion of required practice readings and associated written assignments.
  • Facilitating a Book Discussion Series and submitting a written reflection or evaluation of the experience.
  • Participation in Cultivating Akashic Leadership with Kevin Jackson.
  • Finding Your Voice: A preparatory workshop led by Anika Ray to support participants in developing their personal introduction and Light Meditation. Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
  • Light Meditation: Preparation of an original Light Meditation to be presented during Core Training.
  • Personal Introduction: Preparation of a personal introduction to be presented during Core Training.
  • Completion of any additional required Pre-Core assignments established by the Academy.
  • Individual mentoring sessions are available to support participants throughout their training but are not mandatory for program completion or certification.

Some required Pre-Core assignments are supported by corresponding live workshops, including Finding Your Voice and Facilitating a Book Discussion Series. Attendance at these preparatory workshops is encouraged but not mandatory. Participants remain responsible for completing all associated assignments and presentations, regardless of whether they attend the workshops live.

All required Pre-Core assignments and preparations must be completed by the deadlines communicated by the Academy.

Required Core Training

Core Training consists of two live training weekends:

  • October 2–3, 2027
  • October 16–17, 2027

Live attendance at both Core Training weekends is mandatory for Teacher Training completion and eligibility for certification.

Core Training includes presentations, teaching demonstrations, facilitation practice, group activities, and other requirements established by the Academy. Viewing a recording does not substitute for required live attendance at Core Training.

Optional Electives

Elective sessions are offered as additional opportunities for learning and professional development.

Participation in electives is entirely optional and does not affect eligibility for Teacher Training completion or certification.

Optional Shadowing

Teacher Training includes one complimentary shadowing opportunity, subject to instructor availability, class scheduling, enrollment, and Academy guidelines.

Participation in shadowing is optional and is not required for Teacher Training completion or certification. Additional shadowing guidelines, including scheduling and participation expectations, are outlined in Section 19.

**General Program Requirements **

Participants are responsible for completing all required Pre-Core and Core Training components, including assigned readings, practice work, written submissions, presentations, and other activities communicated by the Academy. The Academy may make reasonable adjustments to curriculum, instructors, sequencing, assignments, dates, delivery methods, or program components when necessary to support the learning experience or respond to unforeseen circumstances. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants.

16. Core Training Attendance

Live attendance at both Core Training weekends is required for Teacher Training completion and eligibility for certification.

The scheduled Core Training dates are:

October 2–3, 2027

October 16–17, 2027

Participants are expected to attend and participate fully in all scheduled Core Training sessions, including presentations, teaching demonstrations, facilitation exercises, and other required activities.

Recordings, if available, do not substitute for required live attendance at Core Training.

Participants who are unable to fulfill the live attendance requirement may not be eligible for certification, even if they have completed all other program requirements.

Completion of both Core Training weekends does not, by itself, guarantee certification.

Participants must also satisfactorily complete all required Pre-Core work and meet the Academy's certification requirements.

17. Elective Sessions

Teacher Training includes optional elective sessions designed to support participants' continued learning, professional development, and growth as teachers of the Pathway Prayer Process©. Participation in elective sessions is optional and is not required for Teacher Training completion or certification. Recordings of live elective sessions will be made available to registered participants whenever possible, barring unforeseen technical circumstances. Some elective dates may still be in development when registration opens. For dates not yet announced, Academy instructors will make every reasonable effort to consider the schedules of already-registered participants when finalizing session dates. Announced dates should be considered the currently scheduled dates. An elective session may occasionally be rescheduled when circumstances warrant or when adjusting the date would allow greater participant attendance. When a scheduled date changes, participants will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible. The Academy cannot guarantee that every elective date will accommodate every participant.

18. Mentoring

Teacher Training tuition includes four individual mentoring sessions with an assigned Academy mentor:

  • Three mentoring sessions to be completed before Core Training begins.
  • One post-Core mentoring session to be completed within one year following the conclusion of Core Training.

Pre-Core Mentoring

The three pre-Core mentoring sessions must be completed before the first Core Training weekend begins on October 2, 2027. Any unused pre-Core mentoring sessions expire at that time. They cannot be carried forward, transferred to another participant, or added to the post-Core mentoring period.

Post-Core Mentoring

The fourth mentoring session must be completed within one year following the conclusion of Core Training on October 17, 2027. This session expires on October 17, 2028, if not used.

Purpose and Scope of Mentoring

Individual mentoring sessions are intended to support participants in their development as teachers of the Pathway Prayer Process©. Sessions may focus on teaching preparation, facilitation skills, program requirements, professional development, and questions arising during Teacher Training. Mentoring sessions are not personal Akashic Records readings. Participants wishing to receive an individual reading may arrange one separately with an instructor or practitioner, subject to availability and applicable fees.

**Scheduling and Additional Mentoring **

Participants are responsible for contacting their assigned mentor and scheduling their sessions sufficiently in advance of the applicable deadlines. All sessions are subject to the mentor's availability. The four included sessions represent the full individual mentoring benefit provided through Teacher Training tuition.

Additional mentoring, readings, consultations, or individual support beyond these four sessions may be arranged directly with an Academy instructor or mentor, subject to availability and any applicable fees. Unused mentoring sessions have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

19. Shadowing Opportunity

Teacher Training tuition includes one complimentary shadowing opportunity with an Academy instructor during a Practitioner or Advanced Practitioner certification class.

Shadowing is optional and is not required for Teacher Training completion or certification.

**Purpose of Shadowing **

Shadowing is intended to provide participants with an opportunity to observe an experienced instructor facilitating a certification class. Participants are encouraged, whenever possible, to shadow an instructor with whom they have not previously studied, allowing them to experience different teaching approaches, facilitation styles, and classroom dynamics.

**Observation and Participation **

Shadowing is primarily an observational experience. Participants may observe the instructor's teaching methods, pacing, classroom organization, facilitation of exercises, responses to student questions, and management of group dynamics. At the instructor's discretion, a shadowing participant may be invited to participate in selected activities when appropriate to the class experience or learning environment. Participation is not guaranteed, and shadowing does not constitute full repeat enrollment in the certification class.

Scheduling and Availability

The complimentary shadowing opportunity must be completed before Core Training begins on October 2, 2027.

Shadowing is subject to instructor availability, class enrollment, scheduling, and the class proceeding as planned. Scheduled classes may occasionally be canceled or rescheduled due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances.

The Academy will make reasonable efforts to coordinate shadowing opportunities, but cannot guarantee placement with a particular instructor or on a particular date. Participants are encouraged to plan ahead and communicate their availability to allow sufficient time for scheduling.

Post-Class Reflection

When possible, participants and instructors are encouraged to engage in a brief post-class discussion or debrief to reflect on observations, teaching approaches, and questions arising from the shadowing experience. This discussion is optional and subject to instructor availability.

Additional Shadowing Opportunities

Only one complimentary shadowing opportunity is included in Teacher Training tuition. Participants interested in additional shadowing experiences may contact their preferred instructor directly. Additional opportunities are subject to instructor availability, class capacity, and any applicable fees. Unused shadowing opportunities have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

20. Certification

Enrollment in Teacher Training does not guarantee certification.

To be eligible for certification as a teacher of the Pathway Prayer Process©, participants must satisfactorily complete all required components of the Teacher Training program, including:

  • Completion of all five prerequisite certification courses (Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner, Healing, Soul's Path, and Soul's Purposes) before Core Training begins.
  • All required Pre-Core assignments, practice readings, and preparation.
  • Live attendance and participation in both Core Training weekends.
  • Required teaching presentations, demonstrations, and facilitation exercises.
  • Any additional assessments or completion requirements communicated by the Academy.

Certification is based on the participant's successful completion of program requirements and demonstrated readiness to teach the Pathway Prayer Process© in accordance with Academy standards.

The Academy will evaluate each participant's progress and readiness based on the requirements and expectations communicated throughout the program.

If a participant has not satisfactorily completed a requirement or demonstrated sufficient readiness for certification, the Academy will communicate the areas requiring further development.

Additional practice, assignments, mentoring, or other activities may be recommended or required before certification can be granted. Individualized support beyond what is included in Teacher Training tuition is subject to instructor or mentor availability, may involve separate fees disclosed in advance, and is not guaranteed.

Certification through the Worldwide Academy for Akashic Studies is a private educational credential. It does not constitute a state-issued license, degree, or governmental authorization to practice a regulated profession.

21. Governing Law for Teacher Training 2027

Teacher Training 2027 is administered by Soul Workings, Inc., in Colorado.

The governing-law provisions in Part I apply to this cohort, with Colorado designated as the governing state, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Course Access

Participants will have access to their Teacher Training course materials through the Academy's online learning platform for a minimum of one year following the conclusion of Core Training.
For Teacher Training 2027, this guaranteed access period extends through October 17, 2028. Access may continue beyond this period at the Academy's discretion but is not guaranteed.
Continued access is subject to the availability of the learning platform and applicable technical or operational limitations.
Course access does not extend the separate expiration dates established for mentoring, shadowing, or other time-limited program components.
